Noisy library. The upstairs area is employed by ladies who barely speak English. They're loud themselves. Children run, yell, and cry. If you want a peaceful and quiet place to study, this is not where you should go.

Besides a beautiful old building located centrally in the city, the noise and crowd in the library environment is intolerable. Almost the worst public library for those who wish to study. No one understands that its a place to read, not speak and hold conference.Even the crew are used to speak loudly on a routine basis, especially a woman who is unbelievable...

Very loud and even the people that work here forget it is suppose to be quiet. Very small as well. There is a woman that works here and she has no clue that her job is suppose to be a place for study and not be the hall way monitor. So aggravating! I couldn't even focus.
