- Excellent #30312
"Beautiful" simply does not begin to describe how breath taking and stunning West Harlem Piers Park is! The greens are lush, the walkways are clean (at least to NYC standards) and the views are plenty. Sure to make you forget about the expressway buzzing overhead, West Harlem Piers is an oasis amidst a concrete jungle.
