i'ts not bad at all, i have been going there for a couple of years! they are great with alterations!! prices's are the same as any place in Manhattan!!

In the past two years, I have experienced awful service from this place. I opened an account and send LOADS AND LOADS of cleaning each week. They have ruined a blouse of mine and my husbands tie. The worst part is is that they return the clothes to me WITHOUT TELLING ME that there are stains etc!! Crazy. They continually deliver my clothes to my neighbor. THE LAST STRAW WAS TODAY - HALF OF MY CLOTHES ARE MISSING!!! Owner is obnoxious, "doesn't speak good english" and is COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. Go elsewhere!

READ THIS - I dropped off shirts twice for $2.25/ea (laundary). On both occasions when I picked them up, there was a big up-charge for "hand finishing" which I didn't ask for. Bottom line - I dropped off a total of 8-shirts, three of them were $6/ea with NO prior notice of the charge. I wish I'd read this before - any suggestions on better cleaners in TriBeCa?
