The Atria W86 was a disaster for my father. Cockroaches and mice in the apartment. The ceiling of his bathroom collapsed twice when the roof leaked. A worker stole and forged $25,000 in checks. Eating in the restaurant was unpleasant. The elevators were a huge problem, as they were inadequate to handle all the seniors with their walkers and wheelchairs and failed frequently. Some seniors were frustrated to the point of tears waiting long times for the elevators. @owner- your response to our complaints was only to raise the rent another $1000/mo.
