This was the worst experience at Wendy's in about 15-20 yrs. The service at this particular Wendy's was incredibly slow, and uncaring. One elderly woman was told that ketchup 'ran out.' But at least most of the tables were dirty with food, and trash was on the floor. Other than that, this particular franchise had delusions of adequacy.

Had a sloppy burger that no care went into it that just maybe a human may want to eat it. The fries tasted of old fryer oil. The soda had no flavor (not enough syrup).
