I would Give no stars if possible.On several occasions I returned the food, the temperatures were below standards. Hot should be hot and cold cold should be cold. If the temp on food is off you can get very sick.

The fries are always cold and over cooked. I will not return and will report to Department of health.

They use to be good now there food always cold and taste old I'll never go there again

I have never, ever, done a review because I work at customer service myself and I relate to the people working and I never thought my first would be on a franchise fast food restaurant but I had to do it for this one. I always expect bad custumer service at fast food places and it's fine because that's the norm, usually say "welcome to.... Can i take your order?" in the worst mood ever but again, at least they say and do what they have been told but this specific Wendy's, the same guy, says "what do you want?" and god forbid you didn't understand the first time and ask him to repeat himself. I thought it was a one time thing but I've been there a few times and it's always the same way, the most service I've ever had. Once again I don't do review because it hurts everyone but they HAVE to take that guy out who is usually there at night.

Fries are not hot or fresh.they take there time without a care in the world .and sometimes it smells in there.burgers are good make shore there not burnt.bread is stale all the time.get ready to stand there like u didn't order 10 min ago while they play talk move slow.oh and it smells.check your stuff always please.maje shore there hands are clean they like to go to bath room straight to register to take your order and will tounch garbage

Drive thru was so backed up i decided to go inside. When i walked in the whole restaurant smelled like /urine. there were two registers open but i only seen one cashier who took one order and then stood waiting for the food and no one came to take my order for over 5 mins. a line built up behind me with complaining customers. not a single employee looked to have a care to even acknowledge the line nor did they have the slightest bit of hustle.
