Mad service what kind of idiot gives me a dirty cup cover . This place should be shut down also fire that worker who gave me a cup cover like that

For at least the fifth time they forgot my frostys, sour cream and ketchup, and they charged me for the frostys. I had to go inside and ask for them. Big deal i know. But the ketchup? A burger place not giving you ketchup? Their service is horrible, the worst one ive ever been to. Half the time (usually when i actually get CLOSE to what i want) im told "dont worry our bosses are here watching us". In other words "Dont worry, we're being watched so we'll actually do our jobs."
