Horrible services. If you want headache, go with her. When her done doing your taxes, never again she will know you. Never answer the phone. Or do something to resolve the problem. You have to paid another person to resolve what she do wrong on your taxes.

Mal servicio. Si quieres pagar doble be donde ella para llenar los taxes. Cuando ella termine de llenar tus taxes si hay un erros tendras que pagar a otra gente porque ella no resuelve nada ella solo te llena y cuando quiere. Yo fui un 30 de enero a llenar los taxes electronicamente y lo envio un 27 de febrero y haora estamos a 21 de marzo y nada aun. Y la llamo y nada pasa. Y tuve que llamar al IRS y dicen que me llenaron los taxes mal. Y la llamo y lo que me dice que me devolvera el dinero para que resuelva en otro lado.

Ella no tiene nada de profecionar.
