Fast friendly service. Never a wrong orderß Love it

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I ordered a cup of coffee along with a few other things. The coffee was burnt. It had a horrible taste. I would have gone into complain, but I was too busy and needed to be someplace quickly.

Poor service, poor food. employees are unprofessional n rude. pulled up at drive thru n was greeted with "yah" smh, felt like they already spit in my food.

Bad service.......server with bad attitude...

I would have given it less than one star. It is H O R R I B L E. The order was completely wrong. We order two chocolate frosties and 2 chilis, along with other items on the order. No frosties, and no chilis. I ordered the ciabatta bacon burger I have had the burger at other Wendy's. It is really good, At the JFK Airport location, I received an overdone, puck like burger with one slice of iceberg lettuce, a mess of mayonnaise, and a dried out slice of what would have been a tomato. It was disgusting. We received three orders of barely cooked fries, which we did not order. The staff is extremely unhelpful. They totally ignored us. The price of the food was outrageous, especially for the quality. Don't go there. Save your money for better quality food.
