Food is good most of the time, fries are sometimes a bit too crispy, they mixed up my order of nuggets so they gave me a new order and I kept the old one. The soda machine on the right sucks (soda is always warm), when the lines are long they do a decent job at keeping it moving. For some weird reason, a few months ago they had a ketchup shortage/famine of some kind. No ketchup at all in the dispensers and no packets. I felt like Matt Damon when he ran out of ketchup in The Martian. LOL

Service is nice, but the lines are quite long often, but the settings is nice now since the renovation :)

I went there few times inbetween those dates in my car ,with friends,family.Slow drive thru.Slow service.they always have first window close when I get to 2nd window they tell me I gotta pay in first window.(sigh).then food wasnt ready then no cup holders they passed me 5 cups one by one.fries and nuggets are dry looks & taste old.I got 2 large orders of nuggets I ask for 4 dipping sauce they really thats alot as if they never have enough.why say that to me im customer.if I have to pay for suace im surprised they dont charge for ketchup.and the drive thru person ask me to drive forward then back up so they can stop time clock..wtf!!! I didnt even want to get a refund becuase it wouldve taken forever.I accepted the loss and want to McDonald's...never questioned my nuggets sauce and they give cup holders...frostys are always melted.wtf(frostys NOT! DONT THINK SO..MORE LIKE SLOP).THEY NEED TO BE RETRAINED!.AND SLAPPED ON THE HAD AND TOLD NO!

My favorite place! With Wi-Fi ^_^ Food is fresh, price is the best I've known among Windy's, seats r nice, fire place, outlets, TV...What u can asking for from a fast food restaurant? Service is good too! They're slow because doesn't have enough registers,there only1 or 2 r open, apparently doesn't fit a restaurant with more than 50 seats, but that's the management issues, not those employees who served you.

The food was fantastic! i enjoyed my meal, especially my hamburger, very much, thank you. But the service was terrible!! i couldn't believe how long i waited for two burgers and a small fries. My mom was ready to collapse before they finally brought us our food. Very disappointed in the slow service. 5 stars for the food; 0 stars for the service.
