It can get busy at times. But this restaurant appears smaller, with limited sitting. It can get noisy and staff can be forgetful. Ordered a meal via drive through and ended up with an incomplete order.

Best place to eat to avoid the crowd inside the food court in the mall if you are in for a fast food.

Decent place to eat at however below average compared to other Wendy's I've been at.
The Chili here for some reason has no taste which means it has no seasoning or it's water down. Its very unfortunate since the chili is of my favorite food to get when in Wendy's. All the other food however is what you expect compared to other Wendy's in the NY area

Make sure to check your food and drink carefully before driving off. This place is notorious for messing up orders and doing things like putting burnt, charcoal-like "bacon" on your burger. It's like they made a game out of seeing how many orders they can screw up before getting overwhelmed with complaints. Try the Wendy's on Amboy rd instead, never had a problem there.
