Their prices are crazy! I asked for an estimate to install a new sink faucet over the phone and they said that they couldn't give that to me because the tech would have to look at it and see how long it would take. Ok, well the tech shows up, tells me he thinks it will take an hour to an hour and a half. When I ask how much, he says he has to check his book, which I found interesting since I could not get a quote over the phone. Turns out they have set prices for every job they can do, so there is no reason I could not get an extimate over the phone. Then the reason became clear...the job would cost $706 plus tax. If I didn't want the work done (which obviously I didn't) it would cost me $83.53 becasue they showed up. I couldn't help but laugh. I paid him the service fee and sent him on his way. I called another local licensed plumber and got a quote for $150-$200.
