- Terrible #72620

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! THE STUPIDEST PEOPLE WORK HERE. We got our loan and it was the worst experience of our lives! the broker who didn't know what she was doing kept delaying and asking for more paperwork when we have sent her the papers already, she got all the numbers wrong, and canceled our closing claiming we didn't have enough money for a down payment meanwhile we had double that in our bank account, if she bothered to do her job she would see that! Anyway this whole experience and disgusting and to top it off noone can ever give us straight answers here, they don't know what they are doing! go anywhere else

I live in Kew Gardens Hills. I wish there was a teller machine. There are no WFB branches near there we can count on.
