Wells Fargo Bank

This branch is really disgusting.The tellers and managers harass people.Sucks

I've been coming to this branch about 8 years now, even before they became Wells Fargo. I didn't have any problem so far. No complaints.

this is by far the worst bank i have ever dealt with and they wonder why i do not want to open an account with them. after waiting in line for over 30 mins i finally get to a cashier and then after another 20 mins they had the audacity to tell me they couldn't verify my WELLS FARGO check and identity with the two forms of identification i provided(drivers license and credit card from another bank) even tho i cashed my check there every week in the last 3 weeks and was charged a fee of $7.50 for every transaction (the same check i get from the same company i work for who bank through wells Fargo) the so called "SERVICE MANAGER" JOSE PORTILLO (took me a while to get his full name since they hung up on me every time i called the branch to get the managers name on duty.which is standard information to provide when servicing a customer!!! in case you didn't know) had the nerve to tell me i was trying to fraud the bank even after a few of his cashiers confirmed i was there last week and in prior weeks to cash my check.(by the way im always there in my work uniform)when i asked to receive my check back so i could leave he then ignored my request and took pictures of all my checks and the TWO forms of Identification provided. .now i do not know what standards wells Fargo holds their service managers or employees to but i work in service as well and i'm very curious to know what the corporate office would think about this transaction. if you think this is going to go away you are sadly mistaken. you wasted an hour of my time,deformed my character and discriminated against me to accomplish nothing! in return i will volunteer as much of my time that is needed to make sure this lack of proper customer service is addressed accordingly. you may be located in NEWARK NJ. but you will uphold the dignity expected from EVERY WELLS FARGO Branch.

That's why I closed an account with wells fargo. Slow location, always crazy lines, you need a banker : " Good Luck" - hour waiting! Couple descent workers.

They treat you like a immigrant. When you ask a question , they ignore completly.
