Love Wells Fargo and the tellers at 784 Broadway - always smile and are so helpful with their suggestions. I have a business account set-up with this branch and the service has been nothing short of spectacular.

As a Wachovia, it was wonderful.... Since being converted to a Wells Fargo, the branch manager is still there and he is wonderful. HOWEVER, now they have many newly employed tellers who do not know what they are doing. Its often crowded and the line moves ridiculously slow. I heard a lot of the tellers say theres nothing they can do to help at least three other customers. And after waiting for over a half an hour to cash a check from wells fargo with ID, they couldnt do it as i needed supplemental proof of Identity, a SS card didnt work ... Time wasted. Their policies are a pain and staff is cluless. AVOID if possible.
