Wells Fargo Bank

When I arrived in the lobby of this branch i immediately noticed nobody was at rhe front desk after waiting 5 mins i looked around to see other banker in cubicals/offices acknowledge me but return to what they were doing ! 2 more minutes later someone came from around back to tell me someone else would be with me in a moment ! I was trying to put mo ey in my brothers account but didnt know his account number i had his full name Nd social on hand and would think that after the shity service someone would help me .. NO ! That waz not the case at all instead i was given an attitude and was told they couldnt look up the account .. Ok Before I could. Finish my statemant to ask to speak to someone else the lady was Gone.. I then spome to someone else who was still of no help to me !! So I Went Right To Bank Of America Opened An account and Will Be Closing My Account At Welfargo and Taking My 30,000 Account Balance where im appreciated! Screw WellsFargo
PS. Bank Of America Said They Look Up Accounts .. Happier Already !!

This is just an ATM located outisde the New Rochelle, NY train station. It is not a fully operational bank. Perfect location though its right outside the ticket ofc on track 3...Hope this helps!
