Very difficult to get help on the phone... Their system is very poor. When you eventually get to press zero to talk with a human you are informed that the are "currently experiencing high volume, good bye .." and then the hang up on you. !! I was calling from overseas, tried a few times .. I heard the same message and then .. good bye .. I was extremely frustyrating becaus I had to resolve an issue with unsufficient funds.

well fargo can be said as a better bank, sadly not all around the city. Limited location around the tri state area. Need to be more accessible here in the east coast. Depending on the branch i had some wonderful and sad experiences with them. but that is with all banks
