Wellness Medical Center: Liu Elizabeth, MD

The office staff is not friendly and I also find her rude. I already found a better primary doctor someplace else.

I went to her to get a referral to see a Urologist. Her staff I thought was nice. But the doctor herself was very rude and unprofessional. She talked on her cell phone while I was with her. And she had someone on the line while my mom was talking about my Urologist appointment that I needed. And she yelled at my mom. I will never go to her again or recommend her to anybody.

Until the recent phone call for a referral, I had no problems with her or her staff except that her nurses could not even insert the needle right to draw blood. I just called for a referral to be treated for cancer and one of her staff told me that since they were understaffed that day I will need to come in and see the doctor to talk to her myself. So, I ask her if I call the next day if they would be able to do it. She fires back at me and says, "I can't talk right now! Whatever you have to say, write it up and fax it over!!" Then, to my shock, she hangs up the phone!!!! Furious, I call back and another female staff picks up the phone and says, "Dr. Liu says no talking." I can't talk and hangs up on me again!!!! Is this what you would call a caring doctor looking out for her patient????!!!! I am quite skeptical and do not recommend anyone to go see her!!!!!
