I am still a little shell shocked by the customer service here. I don't know to what extent racism or sexism played a role in my experience, but from what I've heard, it's a struggle for everyone. I might as well have not existed for a good ten minutes before practically begging someone to answer a simple question and getting a dismissive, rude, and contemptuous three word answer. Listen, Weinstein Stores- everyone in this neighborhood is going to need sandpaper or an extension cord at some point in time. You would be doing a lot for both the neighborhood and your bottom line if you treated every customer with a little dignity and respect.
