This real estate group is very unethical. In order to put a bid on a house they asked to do a "soft credit check" pulling from one credit agency to see if I actually would qualify for the home, despite having a pre-approval from my bank. The real goal of this was to simply sell me a mortgage through uber aggressive Weichert financial arm of the company. Meanwhile, they ran a full credit check with all 3 agencies and then claimed it did not affect my credit score. I will never deal with this company again.
