- Terrible #17563

I was thoroughly disappointed with their shipping. I paid for next day shipping and did not receive until 5 days later. They were unwilling to refund me my next day shipping costs. Unprofessional and rude when trying to solve this situation. Their final email stated "case closed" without even offering me a solution. Extremely poor customer service. They have lost a life customer.
