I tried to make an appointment for a service and I felt like I was creating such an inconvenience for the owner of the dealership. The guy was really rude and frankly sounded completely sketchy over the phone. Instead I decided to drive a few extra miles to Stamford CT to get my bike serviced there. My experience is very similar to the other review I just saw on google.

This place is awful! I called to get an oil change appointment last year for my Honda. They said they would put me in the book and call me when they were ready to take my bike in. Really? no dates no schedule? Two months later I called to inquire and they said they still don't know when but they will call me. Never called so I called another dealership and had the bike serviced in a week. What reminded me to pen this review was that I just spoke to a friend who went to House of Honda to get his bike serviced and they did the same thing to him. He said he walks in ands it's a ghost town with one employee running around and they treat you like they are doing you a favor. Honda Bob must have been in back bobbing for something because he sure doesn't give two hoots how is customers are being treated!!!
