Wayne Village

I honestly never thought I would be posting a negative review in my life. But honestly think twice before attempting to live here. Look at all your options. For the price we pay for a 1 bedroom apartment we could be renting a house. Not to mention all the noise issues we have been having since we moved in. The employees are nice but I feel nothing truly changes. My boyfriend and I can never sleep due to the person above us. Trying to get help is very difficult too. Something goes wrong in the apartment it can take up to a month to get it resolved. One thing after another...

Yes, they recently change the policy, and started forcing residents to move to Costly 2 bedrooms or with an option to move out. That too on case-to-case basis i.e. how good you are with them. How Mean ?

But I still love Wayne village because of their 2 months Job transfer (move-out) policy, and will enjoy the benefit until they find out about my kid :)
