The service was excellent, particularly Larry. Larry could not have been more helpful and spent an ample amount of time with us discussing our data plan and devices. He even introduced us to HUM! Awesome!

My first experience was today! It was the worst. I asked them to cut my sim card so it can fit in an iphone 6. The first time he thought I'm upgrading my phone and asked his friend to get a cutter to do it for me then I told him that I'm not upgrading. I already have the phone. He said we don't have a cutter go to another store!!!! I also asked him to deactivate a tablet that's going to its end of contract in two days. I don't want to renew it. He logged in to my account and he said I can't do that from here! You have to call Verizon!!!! So basically he did do any the things that I came for. First and last time ever there!!!

Brought in my own unlocked phone, hoping to be able to use it on the Verizon network. I was told I could trade in my unlocked iPhone 6s for half its price, then use it towards buying the EXACT SAME phone in monthly installments and sign up for a plan.
In stark contrast to the prepaid plan on the Verizon website, as well as other googled sites that indicate it is possible to bring in your own phone, I was told I had to buy a new phone. I wasn't even told about the prepaid plan. In addition, I received a bill from Verizon already without signing up for a contract yet.
I gave two stars because the employee was cordial. The other employee was yelling at his dad on his phone.
