Everyone extremely friendly. Never need an appointment ( but good to gave one). They do a nice job. Went in at 615 ( they close at 730) for last minute manicure and they took me no problem .

They we very nice but they are way too expensive and my nail polish come off with in a few days ....

Find another place to go! I have been here one prior time for a pedicure, and today left with only ONE foot done. Because it was getting crowded, I suppose they were afraid people would start leaving, so an older woman who works there ordered the younger woman doing my pedicure to take care of someone else. She went to the other customer before she had painted the nails on my right foot!!! The older woman said she would do it herself, but instead took care of another customer who had come in after me. I left with pink polish on my left foot only. I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment and would never recommend this place to anyone!

I have been there a few times with both the old owner (the one with the puffy orange hair) and with the new owner (a plain-looking woman with short black hair who was working there before). The place is clean, but the French manicures are not really the best, nor are the wraps. The pedicures are okay too, as long as you are not expecting something great (maybe a little better than you can do for yourself). They always seem like they are in a rush to get you finished to get to the next person. I only go to Valley Nails if I need something done immediately, and do not have time to go to Midland Park, to JK Noble Nails. Now THAT is a great salon.

If you have two left hands when painting your nails (if you are right-handed) and do not have the time to go anywhere else, this is a good place. Otherwise, it's decent.

It is also annoying that they speak Korean to each other right in front of you, while looking at you. It feels as though they are making derogatory comments about you and laughing in your face about it. Poor business etiquette.
