Service was great initially until I received a letter from a collection agency over a $163 bill that I never received. Here I thought my insurance took care of it, and I received a letter from the insurance saying they took care of it. Now my credit is being threatened and you can't call the billing department and actually speak to someone, they just keep you on hold in the queue for 10 minutes before dumping you into a general voice mail box.
I can't pay for services if I never receive a bill!
