There were unexpected complications from what was supposed to be a routine operation. Then they couldn't deal with it properly. I wish the surgery had been performed at a real hospital. The nurses there were very unprofessional. They talk about patients like they aren't even there. They also discuss your condition loudly and openly with blatant disregard for HIPAA legislation. They offer a wide variety of snacks while you are waiting ... and waiting ... and waiting. Bruce Calligaro is a horrible doctor. His social skills are much stronger than his surgical skills. And he doesn't handle crises well.

In December 2006 I had my first procedure done at your facility with Dr. Kenneth Garrett. It was his recommendation for me to use your surgical center rather than the hospital. I must admit, when he first suggested I go there instead of the hospital, I was very nervous. He is an amazing gynecologist both professional and very skilled and I trust him with all my heart. I did as he suggested and reluctantly made the appointment. I was treated with such respect and COMPASSION by every member of your team that I will NEVER go anywhere else! Everything was explained to me BEFORE I even arrived and was explained again at the desk when I got there. The place was immaculate and of course my Dr. Garrett did an amazing job!! It was quite a pleasant experience! I have since over the last 9+ years returned for a host of other services and I am proud to report I was treated with the same compassion, respect, and professionalism I have come to expect! The other added bonus is that over the years, more and more of my doctor's are now jumping on board to practice at your facility. It is nice to have a place that I can proudly refer my friends and family and I continually do!. Keep up the good work. Linda McNeil

These people scam you... they give you all this paper work and tell you what it is about, but say you don't have to read it. Then they hit you with crazy bills that you have to pay for something that should be covered by insurance. Do not go to them. You will be paying thousands of dollars for something you thought would be covered by insurance. Which they never tell you.

Everything was amazing very professional and helpful. I have been to other facilities and none of them compare or even come close.
