I had an amazing experience at Wayne Subaru. I went to several other dealerships from different brands and couldn't help but feel like I was being scammed. Nick and all the folks at Wayne Subaru were very respectful and I never felt pressured into a sale. Everyone made sure I was fully educated on all aspects of buying a car and also all the details of the car and technology associated with it. I would definitely recommend Wayne Subaru if you're searching for a safe and reliable car.

Dont ever buy a car from the used section. The primary sales people for new cars i don't know but the used sales older heavy set man, is a snake! Went there 3 times and i don't live around the corner from the dealer. He plays so many games your head will be spinning after one visit. The second time i went i put a deposit down on an 07 wrx and he wouldn't let me test drive it. The third time i went we got nowhere and i asked for the deposit back. He told me the people who wright the checks aren't in. I walked down to the main office and got my money real quick....
I now drive a 2012 wrx hatchback and i got it at Lynnes subaru. They let me test drive it as they ran my credit and numbers. I left the same day with the car. OWNER OF WAYNE SUBARU FIND A NEW USED CAR SALESMAN HE STINKS!

Wayne Subaru was the third dealership I went to and maybe third time really is a charm. Previously, I went to Liberty and Ramsey Subaru and had an awful experience at both. They both said they "don't carry" base Impreza's because "everyone gets the premium model"... Well I did get the base model, and really you're just pricing yourself out of the market for potential buyers by not offering a variety of vehicles. Wayne Subaru had one of each models, base, premium, and the limited version, creating lots of options to best service the customers needs.

The staff was also very helpful, attentive, and friendly, and felt like they really cared about their customers -- compared to the other dealerships which were all about the money and trying to get you into a car with bells and whistles you don't need.

To Wayne Subaru - Keep providing great customer service and car options, I wouldn't change a thing and was really happy with my experience here!

I had a great experience here. Darin, my salesman, treated me very well. There was no pressure and I felt that the price they gave me was very good. By nature, I am not one to go in and beat up a salesman until I get the best price, it's just not me. I didn't feel like I needed to a Wayne Subaru. The owner, Bob, has been very friendly and has gone out of his way to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and to take care of a few minor issues (not quality related) that I had. Can't recommend them highly enough. I WILL be going back, even if it isn't for another 7-10 years.
