Be prepared to waste at least a half a day if you are going to DMV. The people who pretend to work there have two speeds, stop and reverse. They guys who inspect the cars are incredibly rude. One of them barked at me "get out of the car".

The supervisor is horrible, rude and very aggressive. When I said good morning to her and her answer was "just give me the papers I know how to read" I knew something was wrong. If you need to see a supervisor in this location and you see a Asian lady with glasses, don't waste your time, go home at that moment while you are still in a good mood.

Because you are reading this review you probably know how terrible NJ MVCs. This location is the worst! Go find somewhere else please. Officers are uneducated, don't know the laws, have no clue about the regulations, rude, disrespectful, racist. Purposefully treating people intimidating and disrespectfully. If you go there around 4pm they make you wait outside and don't let you in even when there is only couple people inside. They close the doors before the closing time so they pack up and leave at exactly 5:30pm.
I don't care about waiting but how these people treat you with your tax money cannot be acceptable. Manager doesn't help you at all! Believe me. There is only one blonde lady that treats people nice the rest is just disrespectful. I am writing this review after my fifth visit and treated like this all the time.

This is probably the best experience I've had at a MVC agency. It took me about an hour and a half to renew my license. They were very efficient and kept things moving. Every employee I came in contact with was friendly and courteous. The woman even asked me if I liked my picture or if I wanted to retake it! (which I did) Overall it was a good visit today.
