A place where "hang dry" = putting all your delicates (sports bras, bras, etc) through a full wash and dry cycle.

Environmentally harming. For three times now they used an entire bottle of soap to wash a load, even when I specify to use the proper measurement

So easy to use. They remember name, address, and card, and always arrive a few minutes after I call. One time they accidentally stained a pair of pants, and when I called it out they apologized, took the pants back, and did a terrific job getting the stain out.
