I have requested to move a numerous amount of times andno response. My area is full of hoodlums, crime is way up and I hear gun shot all the time. Nevertheless, Roaches and Rats seem to reside on the premises. Wish I had a Management group that cared more for there tenants.

My brother has been a tenant in his building since 1990. They have tried to kick my brother out of his apartment say he was a drug dealer,was subleasing etc.They are dishonest money grubbing lowlifes.

My mother has been in her apartment building for 30+ years. Never has had any problem. Starting last year in 2013 the building changed rental companys to Wavercrest. This has been the WORST thing they could've done!! Wavecrest is unreliable,unexperienced, not trust worthy!!!! Their lack of customer service is disgusting. They are always giving us the run around. And while we are at it lets talk about their lawyers. These are one of the most DESPICABLE people I have ever dealt with!! At this point I don't even know who is WORST!!. The things I've been dealing with this people is beyond ridiculous!!!!
