Rude Pick up.

Sometimes it OK to support your Black Businesses, but, at least be professional. I called them to make a pick up and they told me that they would be waiting for me outside.So i went outside, and i saw lots of vans, but i did not know which one was them. They usually have a dark blue van that says "Waterworks." While i stood there waiting, for them to call me, so i could know which van they were in, all the vans drove off. I guess one of the vans was them, because no other van came, but they did not tell me anything. Then i tried to call them back and for hours the phone was busy. All i got to say is rude, rude, rude. They never called to tell me anything, or apologize.
