I sent them an email with a request for quote and a DWG file. I heard nothing back for 2 weeks. After calling and asking for a quote, they asked me to resend the email and file and that I'd hear back from someone. I got an email a couple hours later saying that they received the email. That was almost two weeks ago and I still don't have a quote for my cutting job. An interesting side note is that I also RFQ'd 5 companies in China the same day I sent the initial RFQ to several local companies. ALL five of the Chinese companies had quotes to me in less than 24 hours. It used to be an issue of cost vs. quality but I think China is taking us on both fronts now.
