I was first impressed with their professional looking proposal. However, the actual work didn't impress me. Few things they could have done better. 1) Don't leave garbage on the lawn 2) More even seed spreading. Lawn grows in uneven strips in some places. Band of thick followed by thin band 3) We had grading done and the ground is uneven in some places. Some places ground actually sunk after few weeks. 4) Follow up to remove the straw in lawn was done little carelessly. Lots of straw were still left and I had to rake them myself
