I have the same opinion as I do for Portside II. I have been waiting to get into these places 2 1/2 years and every time I call, they add another year to the waiting time. I see a lot of them are going to the dumps and its really a shame. They are beautiful. The same company who owns them owns Oakwood Plaza, which they are restoring. But that is like putting lipstick on a pig. It's still a high crime, drug infested complex.
