Water Moon

Even though I live around the corner I have never been in Water Moon. I have ordered delivery at least 15 times which included a mix of sushi, chinese, thai and japanese entrees. Some of my favorites are eel/avocado roll, spicy tuna, spicy salmon, steamed veggie dumplings, spring rolls. Things I don't care for, Chicken Pad Thai is too sweet with thai basil and never has enough chicken or sprouts. The edamame is not salted like at Haiku. You are a pretty safe bet with any of the sushi.

I order two kani salads which they have in their system as a Kari salad. After several attempts to order this salad on different occasions I finally figured this out. Even if you say Kani salad which in most American Japanese restaurants all the servers know about this popular salad. Here you must say Kari or the servers have no idea what your talking about. The salad is weak and rarely do I get a good quality. Tonight it has no dresses, few cucumbers and zero panko. I will not be ordering this salad anymore! Usually the salmon doesn't taste fresh but I guess I got lucky and tonight and it tastes great. I would steer away from sushi type food and only eat cooked food here.

Decent, but disappointing at times. The Pan-Asian promise doesn't quite live up to high expectations, but can be a standby choice.

Beautiful restaurant and beautiful plating at this restaurant. Everyone I was with enjoyed their food. I wasn't crazy about mine, but probably would have ordered something different next time. It's pretty expensive, if I recall correctly, but a nice experience. I think the service was really slow when we were there at dinner.

GREAT DECOR. A FANTASTIC PLACE TO GO TO GRAB A BITE WHEN YOU'RE IN THE MOOD FOR GREAT ASIAN CUISINE.
