The first time I used this currier, I found customer service to be very friendly and courteous. Shipping rates and delivery time were very reasonable. I am however, disappointed in the fact that although the package arrived sealed with their plastic wrap, one item failed to appear with the rest of the contents. We filed a claim and were invited to review videotape of the package to no clear result. In the end, the owner quoted some legal print on the order form absolving him of any responsibility. Our question is, what is the point of paying insurance for our package and items within when one or more article can simply be lost and shrugged off.

I would not recommend this service.

Es la primer vez que utilizo esta compania de envio, encontre el servicio muy amigable y cortes, precio y entrega razonable. Aunque el envio llego bien sellado como la compania lo preparo, falto un articulo. Hicimos la reclamacion y fuimos invitados a ver una cinta de seguridad, sin ningun resultado y poca claridad. Al final el dueno nos leyo la letra pequena como siempre, librandolo de toda responsabilidad.
Nuestra pregunta es, para que se asegura la carga, si al final la unica respuesta del responsable fue lavarse las manos.
