We signed up online for service. They dropped off pails a week later. The following week we left them out for trash day. Nobody picked up. We called and were told that the driver felt the road was unsafe to travel. It was a clear day. How did they get the pails to us if the road was unsafe? Then bears got into the garbage and we had to clean it all from the driveway and street. Promptly cancelled and disputed the credit card charge. Other trucks go up this road all the time. WTF! Lame. Do not do business with these guys.
