No proper customer service skills. A sad excuse for a "supervisor", thinks it is okay to talk to customers how she pleases and is only good for hanging up the phone when she's being challenged. I am so disgusted I took my business to Waste Management right after the "supervisor" hung up on me. Also to the owner of this establishment I have the recording for both incidents if you'd like to review for quality-assurance. This happened today 8/26/2015 at 3:00 pm.
