Washington Heights Imaging

I had an appointment at this place for a Mammogram and Breast Sonogram when i got there, there were a lot of patients in the waiting area no seats available and as i walked in i got directed to a young lady who then asked me if i had an appointment i told her yes she then asked me for a referral i had told her i did not have one and she told me that referral was needed but that she would call my doctor and get it for me. At that time i sat down about 30 mins later i was called over to the window she had received my referral at that point she told me i had to sign and i was then registered. After that i was instructed to wait now here is where the problem was after that something must have happened because i was in the waiting room for about an hour and no one called me. I directed myself toward the young lady and asked to speak to a manager, the manager by the name of Hilda was very eager to help. She apologized and informed me that there had been a little delay with the computer system they were working on it and after 15 mins later she came and called me took me directly to the back and my procedure was done, and on my way out i was given a nice small blue bag with the company logo. So i guess you can say my experience was not bad after all.
