Warby Parker

I've had such a great experience with Warby Parker. Their frames are very high quality and the lenses will stay crystal clear as long as you take good care of them. Their customer service is great and they make the whole process of buying glasses much easier as there is no salesperson standing over you trying to advise you on every aspect of your purchase. I doubt I'll buy glasses from anywhere else again.

I participated in the Warby Parker At-Home Try On Program and my experience was excellent. I picked 5 pairs to get shipped to my home for free and used the virtual try on to try on glasses that were unavailable. All glasses were $95 or $125 ($30 extra) if you need high-index glasses. Communication through email was fantastic and I would definitely recommend ordering a pair if you need one because the price and quality are unbeatable.

Excellent selection, atmosphere, and service. Employees were eager to answer questions. They provide free adjustments for customers and were willing to take the time to work with me until they achieved just the right fit. A glasses case and Warby Parker tote bag accompanies each purchase!

I'm a huge fan and really enjoy the frame style and the culture. I own about 4 pairs of frames and each one is unique and personalized to how I feel. The frames are very price friendly, sturdy and comfortable. I've had one pair for almost 3 years and no problems at all. I never worry that they will break or cause me discomfort. At the store fronts, they do complimentary adjustments and make sure you are good to go! I would say that my only hesitation is that not every frame is meant for you so be picky about which one you choose! The good news is that while they do the 5 frame delivery, you can walk into their store fronts and try on as many frames as you like. It's an eye frame heaven!
