This was a great store. The man who read my prescription and refitted my existing WB glasses was awesome. And the lady who set up my new order was simply awesome to work with. Great store.

What an idea to stop by the store now that we where in town ! My daughter and me needed it to adjust our glasses that we just got a few weeks ago !! It was great to be able to try on as many frames as we liked !! Fahad H did an amazing job helping us and we end up ordering two more pairs of prescription sun glasses. Great costumer service !!!

At Warby Parker, a really friendly and helpful staff assist as you navigate a vast collection of frames. They have an optician on site to help make sure you're getting the perfect prescription, which will be promptly mailed to your home when ready---how convenient!

great range of glasses for affordable prices.
You'll walk out walking looking like you're a different person after the frames you choose.
Service is not great - you need to look for the right sales person. The first sales person who attended to me wasn't very attentive. The second sales person was more attentive and gave me some advice about which frames to go with.

Great customer service. I'm so pleased with everyone there. They made a tiny mistake in my prescription and they went out of their way to please me. I will recommend them to everyone!
