WORST PLACE FOR LATE-NIGHT DELIVERY!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!
It all started as a simple 920pm delivery order, 30-40 minute delivery estimate. After 1 hour of waiting, called their restaurant to excessive rings & no answer. Continuing to call them to no avail. After figuring they made a mistake of sorts and cancelled my order, they charged my AMEX card 2 days later.
Called the location, and swear they delivered food, but nobody at the hotel, including the Front Desk Manager, had any Chinese delivery that night. They stated they had to 'call my cellphone to have me come downstairs' but oddly my room was on the 1st Floor, 10 feet from the Front Desk Lobby. They sent me the receipt, definitely not my signature!!
Either the driver is plain stupid & delivered my food to someone else, or the drivers are crooks, signing for you & keeping the food to feed their family. Management cant even listen & instead keep telling you, "You're wrong, It was delivered, I have receipt", instead of thinking that, The Customer is Always Right.
Overall... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! ANY CHOICE IS BETTER THAN THIS RESTAURANT!!!!
