The dentists there are amazing, the person in charge of billing is ridiculously inept. She tried her damndest to make me feel as if I was a cheapskate or stealing services, meanwhile I am telling her I am on the phone with my insurance rep, that there is nothing wrong with my insurance, that it covers it, and she insisted on trying to make me feel like a criminal.
I hope she's not trying to swindle medicaid people out of their money because she can't do the simplest of verifications. I want to say that she's just impatient with their system, but there is literally ZERO reason to talk to a patient as if they're a burden to you unless you are trying to manipulate with malicious intent.
