Very rude lady would not release my prescription because I was late for a follow up appointment. She would not believe that I went to that walmart because she can't find my records until she found it. I told her I never had a problem like this before that I cannot have my prescriptions, and she said "are you aware what date it is?" I called my insurance company and th representative said it is illegal for them not to release my prescriptions because they were reimbursed for it. I am waiting for a call from a supervisor.
