Walmart

This is probably one of the worst Walmarts I've been too. No customer service at all. I waiting in the back to pick up an online order for about 10 mins while the workers walked past me and said nothing! After ten mins I just yelled out to someone asking if someone can help me then they argued with another coworker talking about they should use their walkie talkies blah blah nothing I cared for then when the lady finally came she took forever to bring it from the back and she slid my 47LBS box out to me with no cart nothing so I had to slide the box all the way to the front of the store NO HELP OFFERED. I got to the carts and there was a male coworker right there watching me scruggle and just wiped his hands with antibacterial and left. UNBELIEVEABLE. So i continued to slid the box to the front doors asked the young lady if she can watch my box so I can pull my car up and she did but when I pulled the car she didn't even offer to help me out. I mean she was no more than 33 Im 30 she could have helped out a little bit. It was just unbelieveable how lazy and inconsiderate everyone was. Never ordering online to pick up at that store. I will go out my way to pick up a package. JUST SAD took me a little over 30 mins to get my ONLINE ORDER at 10 in the morning

Can get very crowded. Many times staff not around or don't have Answers but you can't beat the prices

I'm a regular customer at this location. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! Staff knows me and I know them. The staff interacts with My Daughter and I and we both interact with them, if they see me without my daughter they immediately ask about her. I have absolutely no complaints. Keep it just as is. They always ask me if I need help with anything. Calling them on the phone for any issue is just as great of customer service. The bathrooms are messy sometimes but that's because of nasty customers; not the employees.

This Wal-Mart is a lot more quiet and less congested than the one in Westbury, although more times than not only the Westbury location has the items I require in stock.

I purchased a bike from Walmart in Uniondale, NY on 8/26/15. I went to the park to ride the bike but the chain kept slipping off and the back tire air doesn't keep. I kept fixing the chain but it kept slipping off. I pumped the tire twice but it kept losing air.
So, since i was close by to another Walmart in East Meadow i went there and purchase another bike of the same style. The next day i went back to Uniondale Walmart to return the bike due to it being defective and i could seriously fall and hurt myself. The store rep at the front desk said they can not take the bike back, she said they could repair the bike but it will take 3-4 days. I showed her my receipts that i have two of the exact bikes and i do not need to keep the defective bike. I asked to speak to the store manager, instead another rep came to me and said the store manager Lisa Brown said their policy is no refund on bikes. The store manger was too important to come speak with me after i requested several times to speak to her so i could explain and show her i have two of the same bikes. I'm now stuck with two bikes that i paid for,one is defective and the store will not do anything to help me.
