Walmart

I just spent $90 on 2 bike's and i only recieved one bike when i call to see what happend with the other they never picked up

I gave this place 5-stars because of Robert from Electronics department. I'm a long-time customer of this particular store, and if it wasn't for him I would have walked out on a several hundred dollar sale. He is an asset to your organization.
Wish I could spend more time telling you how great the service was from this man.

They have scooters for the handicapped. But there are never any available. And if they are, they are totally drained of power. Maybe they need to see a "handicap I.D.", because LAZY is NOT a handicap. I see so many people who are NOT handicapped on these scooters. And that is why there are none available for the people who really need them. Yesterday, I had to go back home, because there were none available. We did find 2 of them in the parking lot...no power. They should keep track of these things a little better. It's not the first time this has happened.

THIS IS THE WORST WALMART EVER . EVERYTIME I GO HERE ITS PACKED .... CASHIERS ARE NASTY TO ME I BOUGHT SOME DRESSY SHIRTS AND ASKED THE CASHIER IF SHE COULD JUST SCAN THEM AND NOT BAG THEM SO THEY WOULDNT GET DIRTY ON THE BLACK BELT SHE GAVE ME A NASTY ADDITUDE THREW MY DRESSY CLOTHES FOR WORK ... TOLD THE MANAGER AND HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT... AT THE MCDONALDS ARE ALL RUDE PEOPLE LAST TIME I WAS THERE THERE WAS FLIES EVERYWHERE I HAD TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND THIS ONE KID THAT WAS NEW GAVE ME THE NASTIEST ADDITUDE EVER!!!! I DONT RECCOMED ANYONE COMING TO THIS WALMART EACH TIME I ARRIVED IT WAS HORRIBLE FIGHTS EVERYWHERE RUDE PEOPLE !!! I HATE THIS WALMART! LOST A COSTUMER . GOD BLESS

I love Walmart but the customer service at this store is TERRIBLE. They do not answer the phone and after all morning attempts someone finally answered the phone. They immediately put me on hold and I have been holding 15 minutes. Even now I am on hold as I type this which is what prompted me to give this review. Terrible simply terrible.
