Walmart Supercenter

Overall, I had a fun morning venturing around this Walmart.
It doesn't feel like a big empty grocery store that I had this feeling while visiting other Walmarts else where.
I came here to pick up my order and the staff that helped me was fabulous.
I will definitely come back here again in the near future.

So unfriendly & unwelcoming! Ive never seen a place like it! The staff makes you feel very so uncomfortable as your trying to shop. They follow you around and it seems they all stare you down! I just had to leave & still got a mean stare as I'm walking out by yet another employee! I won't be returning!

Horrible, Horrible just absolutely Horrible...I tell you this is one store that I will NEVER EVER shop in EVER again..not customer service friendly, no customer service at all, just an entire bunch of idiots.. you are transfered from one line to the next.. Martita was as helpful as she can be..but the rest of the customer service team just didnt care..I went to Walmart in Hampton Virginia I purchased a game for what I thought was my x-box 360..however when the lady opened the locked glass window where the games are kept she gave me an x-box one game..which we can not use.bcuz I have an x-box 360..I returned to NYC when my son noticed the mistake..we did not open the game..I dont want my money back..I just want to exchange the game for the correct console..I will repurchase the game, however I will not shop in Walmart..they are a bunch of idiots on all levels...If I could give it a negative 0 stars I would..unfortunately I have to give it a 1

I hate using the word "GHETTO" but to describe this Wal-Mart that is the only word that comes to mind. It is messy, disgusting, over-crowded and none of the staff know where anything is! I have tried to use their mobile app multiple times to find items in their store from the shelf number given in the app, this is usually impossible! When I ask a staff member where an item may be they have no clue and then dismiss you by turning around and ignoring you.

It is just a terrible store because of the staff and the customers. I go a town over to the "White" Walmart and the place is spotless! The lines aren't over crowded to a point where the lines are going into the clothes section, the staff know where things are. Actually, even when the staff doesn't know when something else, they would ask another staff member for you! These are foreign concepts in the Green Acres Walmart.

Well I have a love and hate to this store. The pharmacy department is great. The photo department is the worse, the employees,are rude and not helpful at all. The meat department and bakery department are ok but their produce department is digusting. Most of the cashiers are rude. This store needs a better management team and all the emplyees need training in customer service or replace them with newly trained personnel.
