Never enough registers opened. Never enough staff cleaning up the store. Generally trashy people. Not a good time

I don't think this local Walmart is great or bad.Cause there's always empty wheels and angry costumes.But they also have good things for good prices

Asked two employees if they could help me with something, but they were too busy and just left me. Not really complaining because I totally understand, but customer service should be #1 at any store. Anyway, I found what I was looking for later on and left. Eh. Wal-Mart will be Wal-Mart, right?

The employees are so rude. I just went to pick up a movie that I ordered shipped to store and the girl tells me ugh I'm ready to go home give me your order number. Then she says oh its not here. I show her the email that says it was ready yesterday. She says it's not here they will refund your money. NO HELP OR EXPLANATION WHY MY MOVIE WASN'T THERE OR WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE. I hate this walmart I live in kearny and imma start going to another one.

Tried to call because I left something in the store the phone was ringing for a full 3 minutes until someone picked up and yelled "electronics!" I then said that I was trying to reach customer service before I could finish my sentence to explain why the phone started ringing again.. i realized I was put on hold ! SO RUDE! Then the phone rang foe an additional 2 minutes before they hung up on me! What kind of customer service is this! What's the point of having a phone number for customers to call if you are going to ignore them? Called back phone is still ringing and it's been five minutes.. Terrible... i bet if you try to call right now you will not get an answer and if you do you will get hung up on..
