Walmart

Terrible experience!!!! I went there last week to buy a few items. One item I bought was a hair trimmer. I came home to find the item was already used. I found hair in the trimmer that was supposed to be brand new. I called customer service immediately to tell them about this so I could get my money back. It took about 10 minutes just to speak with someone. They kept telling me to hold. They first women I spoke with was very rude for no reason at all! I was rude right back and told her not to speak with me that way and she then hung up on me. I called back very frustrated and upset because I have spent a lot of money there and there was no reason to treat me like that. I spoke with a women named Robin and I told her what had just happened. She lies and tells me that I verbally abused the first women I spoke to and then she proceeded to give me attitude and told me that she would hang up as well. The conversation ended up with me saying that I would speak to their supervisor and get them fired for the way I was treated. I never ended up going back to the store to return the item because I was so dis-pleased and didn't even want to deal with them anymore for another second. 3 hours later I received a phone call from the riverdale police department asking what happened during the conversations I had with these 2 women. I told them exactly what had happened and I didn't think anything of it after that. The next day I received 3 3rd degree charges for harassment, terroristic threats, and creating a false disturbance. Probably because they feared for loosing there jobs. Do not go to this store unless you want to be treated like I have and this is not the first time I've had problems with this store.

I had an issue with a item I bought. I called to try and work it out so the lady who answered transfered me to department "I needed". I eneded up calling back 6 times and kept either getting transform to wrong department and they claimed they can't transfer me so I continued calling back and never solved my problem. They suck. I was mad. Why can't they do their job.. unprofessional. If you can't manage a minimum wage job at Walmart you are physically useless. And every employee at this location I spoke to was exactly that... USELESS AND NOT INTELLIGENT. don't waste your time

Went in on cyber Monday. Was looking to purchase Halo 5 with the $10 discount they had online. Employee at gaming cashier not only looked miserable but came off as a dick. I told him i want Halo. He said is it there? I said yes and asked if it was for $50 like online I was told they don't price match online with a quick attitude. I understand corporate policies, but how are you not going to match your own website's pricing. Waste of a trip. I try to avoid Wal-Mart as is and this only helps that cause. Moral of the story is I got it from Amazon for $49.99 + 15% off by having my friend order it on the way home from this awful place called Wal-Mart. It came with free next day delivery being a prime member.

If given a choice between Target and Walmart...I choose Walmart. They just seem to satisfy me a bit more.
This is a great location and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Went in today to take a look at fishtanks for my newly purchased bettas from Petsmart. Upon looking at their bettas, I noticed all fish were sluggish and looked sickly. After examining more containers, I saw lethal amounts of waste in their cups along with rotting food. One fish stirred and the entire cup became cloudy. After asking an employee why the fish were being so mistreated and uncared for, I was told "I.... dunno..." as he hurried away. So, due to my disappointment (and my having a heart) I purchased the two most sickly looking in hopes of treating them. Should I lose them, the money, time and effort, and medications are well worth the loss. This Walmart should not be allowed to sell live animals because clearly theyre incapable. Ive seen Bettas in smaller cups acting much more lively. This is animal abuse, but sadly I don't expect much to be done. Next step is corporate and hopefully the store manager. Water change is 5 minutes... SAD.
